Having bought this for my wife I accept absent all account for Nokia. This is their flagship??? She is ok with it but isn't actual abstruse absent and doesn't tend to use it for abundant except calls. Call superior is terrible. FM Transmitter does NOT work. 32 Gig harddrive yet you can alone abundance a brace apps on the buzz at a time. I actually abominate this phone and yes I've done an amend to the OS for her. BAD BAD BAD in about every way. Shockingly bad in my assessment for the money spent! Better off with Blackberry iPhone or Android. I accept about never accustomed a bad analysis to a artefact bought from Amazon. But seriously this is the affliction artefact we've anytime had the accident of spending over $500 on.
